Founder Story.

A lower-back injury at the gym changed the course of my life. What began as a small strain quietly grew into years of pain, fatigue, and frustration — the kind of slow, persistent struggle that reshapes your relationship with your own body.

In searching for relief, I explored everything modern medicine and wellness had to offer: physical therapy, medications, regenerative treatments, peptides, injections, supplements, ketamine. I learned what helps, what doesn’t, and how overwhelming the process can become when you’re simply trying to feel normal again.

Eventually, things stabilized. I improved. I could function. But “better” wasn’t enough. I wanted clarity, resilience, and a life no longer shaped by pain.

My mission is to help people reclaim their health, reconnect with their bodies, and experience life more fully — starting with the work we do here

Who is this massage for?

I am specialized in helping people with any pain regarding the spine as well as headaches. I am also trained in helping people with chronic pain syndromes like fibromyalgia. The vast majority of the session is soothing and relaxing while a small portion of it might create discomfort when I am treating trigger points.

I understand things can come up last minute. Just please reach out to me anytime before your session so I can get the refund squared away.

If you are allergic to anything specific that might be used in certain massage oils, we can use hypoallergenic massage lotion.

Most clients take everything except their underwear off. Although if specific hip work is need, it does help to access direct skin.

We will begin with a brief discussion so I can better understand your needs, I will then step out of the room to let you undress to your comfort level. The session is tailored to your goals such as relaxation from stress or headaches and we will periodically communicate during the session to ensure this.
